ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders placed through the Avenox website are shipped from Serbia. We strive to ship all orders the same day, but due to the volume of shipments we are not always able to do so. Tracking numbers, if applicable, can be found in the shipment confirmation email.
Orders placed before 12:00 CET (Central European Time) will be shipped the same day.
Avenox cannot be held responsible for partial delays that are beyond our control, such as: customs, strikes, civil unrest, riots, weather, natural disasters, fires, epidemics, or failures of public or private telecommunication networks.
Free shipping is only available if the order value exceeds 5,000 RSD (~€43) for all orders within Serbia, or 10,000 RSD (~€86) for all international orders.
Additional Information:
- You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- All delivery times begin counting from the day after your order is placed, unless otherwise specified.
- Gift Card purchases do not count toward the minimum amount required for free shipping.
- In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the stated delivery timeframe, or if the order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
